About Me

Hi, my name is Martin Yeung. Great to meet you! I'm a UX designer and researcher based in Toronto. Coming from a psychology background, I'm always searching for better ways to connect with users, understand their problems, and design impactful solutions.
I ran a peer support program during my undergrad years, which is how I developed my design philosophy and interest in UX. I'm passionate about (what I like to call) human-centered problem solving; which is the mindset of always prioritizing the users' needs first, and connecting with them to understand the root of their problems. I follow this approach in both my user research and design process to ensure that I'm always fighting for the users.

When I'm not designing, you can find me trying to rekindle my relationship with books (personally very challenging), searching for good eats, or half stumbling down a hill on my snowboard.
